Ajisai Ramen

Hakodate Ajisai

I don’t know why. But I want to eat salt ramen asexually since yesterday.

Go to “Ajisai”.

It’s a famous salt ramen shop in Hakodate. There is also a ramen shop Ajisai at Ramen Dojo at New Chitose Airport.

I arrived at the airport at 13:15. It takes 5 minutes after I checked in my luggage at the check-in counter to arrive at the ramen shop. Even though I pass the security check-up at the last minute, I have only 25 minutes to eat. I quickly went to the airport counter and checked in my baggage. Luckily my flight was five minutes late. There was no problem in connecting. It’s hard to eat ramen with 25 minutes, but It’s enough to eat with 30 minutes. It’s safe.

But 30 minutes is not long enough to eat slowly. I hurried to the Ramen Dojo. There is only one person in front of the popular ramen shop “Ichigen” at such times. Usually there are more than 10 people lined up. But this time I can’t afford to hesitate or hesitate. I’m regrettable, but I aimed at the destination “Ajisai” ramen shop. Fortunately, the ramen shop wasn’t too crowded. I was able to sit down immediately.

Menu

I looked at the menu. I ordered salted char siu noodles, as originally planned. The waitress recommended me fried chicken and gyoza (dumpling), but I refused. I have no time.

I drank water and calmed down. Suddenly I saw a pop of wonton (dumpling) topping. The photo looks good. Oh, Wonton (dumpling) ordered by another customer passed by me. It looks really good. However, the noodles will grow even if I add toppings.

I’m unlucky.

People can make mistakes if they cannot afford it. I calmly wait for the ramen to be delivered.

There was a paper fan in the center of the table. Is it usable when it is hot? The picture is astringent.

“Salted char siu noodles.”

The female voice of Deshap echoes. The waitress headed for the bowl. And it came towards me. I waited for my ramen, but the waitress passed me.

Wasn’t it my ramen?

The waitress suddenly placed ramen from behind me.

Immediately I sipped soup. The soup is light but rich. Different from miso ramen, it is like a consommé soup. The saltiness is just right. The crispy sliced leek is a good combination with the noodle texture. The noodles are a little thick straight noodles. The noodles are boiled hard. The texture is smooth, the feeling of the noodles going down my throat is also good.

Char siu and Menma

Char siu is soft. It’s probably seasoned with salt ramen, the seasoning is lighter, but I feel the taste of meat and fat. Menma (seasoned bamboo shoots) are chewy but not hard. Boiled eggs are thick and smooth. When I put the dough that sucked a lot of soup into my mouth, it melted in a blink of an eye. Ah, happy.

I suddenly looked at my watch. 13:41. There are 4 minutes left. There are still three char siu. The noodles are starting to grow a little. I rushed all char siu into my mouth and I paid and left the ramen shop.

There was a line in “Ichigen” again.
