Bonito Gyoza
Even though it’s a weekend, there are few people. My dinner was a banquet, but I didn’t eat much. Now I was attacked by a hungry feeling. What caught my eye was a ramen shop that was lighted up in the dark. When I approached the ramen shop like a moth attracted to streetlights, I entered the ramen shop without hesitation.

The next night, some acquaintances walked around Yaizu Station. We were looking for a bar tonight. I talked about “bonito gyoza”.
“That’s not good!”
One person said. Oh, he was a resident of Utsunomiya city, famous for dumplings. So my proposal was rejected and we went into the oden shop next door. But I didn’t give up. Local women say they are delicious. I have to confirm it.
While we were drinking, the majority seemed to want to eat something with more calories. We decided to go to the next ramen shop.
Tuna dumplings

That’s a good idea. We ordered three types of dumplings, two servings each. However, all dumplings look the same.
I ate tuna gyoza. delicious. It’s delicious! Then I ate bonito gyoza. I should have confirmed this taste yesterday. However, the taste is different from yesterday. It smells like a bonito. Even sashimi eats bonito before tuna. The order of eating is reversed. The tuna gyoza is definitely delicious. What she said was not a lie.
