Drank too much last night

I went from Osaka to Kagoshima to attend a conference where participants from all over Japan gathered. Last night, I drank a lot in Sonezaki town. Fortunately, there are several restaurants in the basement of the bus terminal. This place is Kagoshima. The basic idea is to eat black pork. I entered the Kagoshima restaurant without hesitation. I sit down and look at the menu. Before I entered the restaurant, I was worried about tonkatsu or shabu-shabu. When I couldn’t decide which to choose, chicken rice was lined up in the lunch menu posted outside the shop. I like chicken rice. It’s kind to my stomach that I drank too much last night. Amami is also part of Kagoshima. This is chicken rice! I decided to enter the restaurant, but the menu that opened inside the restaurant caught my eye.

It’s totally different from the beef cutlet I ate in Hamamatsucho. wonderful!

Chicken cutlet is… normal. There is no particular change. What kind of bird is a black Satsuma chicken? Does the bird look black? I tried it with both sauce and tartar sauce, but it feels like eating white fried fish. Not good enough. Are you using chicken breast meat? It was a pity that I was hoping that I could taste the taste of chicken more. Therefore, I can’t like chicken cutlet that I eat at restaurants. It would be better if I made it at home.

The 160 grams cutlet was more voluminous than I expected. To eat the last chicken cutlet, I grabbed it with chopsticks and put the sauce on. The cutlet that fell down in front of my mouth hit my shirt, bounced on me and fell into my bag. The sauce was scattered here and there.

I have no regrets about ordering, but I will never order again. Next, let’s eat Japanese black beef sirloin cutlet. Of course I also want to eat the basic black pork loin tonkatsu. When will I be able to come to Kagoshima next time? I left the restaurant to have fun first.
